オルタナティブを通過したどこか新しいフォークを主体とする。全体的に音数は少なく、乾いたアコースティックギターやピアノの弾き語り部も多い。ストラクチャーもペースも明確ではなく自由で淡々と独自の世界を築いていく。ハスキーなようなスウィートなような美声、そしてルックスの良さも人気の一因であるとされる。

ちなみにCat Powerという名前とは裏腹に実は愛犬家で猫嫌いである。

2005年にインド旅で出会った、かわいい男の子の作ったミックスからこのバンドを知った。

とにかくギターの音色が気持ちいぃので、すぐにファンになってしまった。

I think the reason why I like travel to take

a picture and experience

scrawl to spend time by myself to amuse

in big city in Tokyo

different culture was a lot to do with my

childhood

And I was the elementary going to school

by city bus for six years

When I was 5 years old, I alyways had a

sketch book and pen to drawing

I remember scenery from the buss window

in my memory.

Mt. Fuji

週末は伊豆半島の天城高原に行った。

標高900Mから見る富士山は、さえぎるものがなく見るものを圧倒させる。

部屋の窓から覗く富士山。

私は富士の目の前で真っ裸になり、大の字で富士山に包容した。

I went to the Amagi heights of Izu Peninsula on the weekend.

Mt. Fuji judging from altitude 900M lets you overwhelm a thing to watch.

Its really really huge !!!

I stripped myself in front of Mt. Fuji and I hug with him !!!

Drawing from the iconography and romanticism of Surrealism, this event features works by the pioneers of the avant-garde, including Fernand Léger's Ballet Mécanique (1924), Maya Deren's At Land (1944), Hans Richter's Vormittagsspuk (Ghosts Before Breakfast) (1928), Shirley Clarke's Dances in the Sun (1953), and Scott Bartlett's Off/ON(1957).
